OC: Melody Astra *UPDATED* by BeastlyDigital OC: Melody Astra *UPDATED* by BeastlyDigital
EDIT: Added some shading around her neck.

EDIT 2: Added waves to her veil.

EDIT 3: Yeah, I think you can see what I added. In case you missed it: it's a lens flare! :D nobutseriousloyshehassomewingsnowsothatsreallycoolandstuff

EDIT 4: Fixed a number of issues: "patched" the breast line, adjusted the shadow, changed the framing of the picture, reduced the flares, etc.

EDIT 5: Fixed/adjusted her eyes, and made that one line between her breasts less awkward looking

Yay! My first ever time drawing a humanoid! :O

What do you guys think? I think it doesn't look half as bad as I thought.

Before you comment, two things:

1. Yes! She's an elf, hence the ears. :meow:

2. I never bother doing shading.

Bio:

Younger sister of Damian Drako and Drake Drako, Melody is the only female heiress to the Astra throne. She was raised in a convent by a secret order sworn to ready the world and protect the Guardians until the the time of their awakening. She hasn't see Damian since three years before the events of Guardians Unchained, and the two are reunited once more when her brother comes in her Church bearing a century old amulet with his family name on the back and the elven words: "The promise comes full circle".

Because she was raised by nuns, Melody is rather timid by nature and lives relatively isolated from society. She rarely goes out to socialize and spends most of her time reading and honing her Holy magic. She openly wears her ceremonial robes outside, but because she shares such a good relationship with all the townspeople in Old-Aronia, nobody really minds.

What do you guys think of the pic? As always, feedback and comments are always appreciated! :D :meow:

Made using: Adobe Illustrator CS6

Time spent: 2-5 hours (yeah, lost track of time....)

Guardians Unchained and all related characters and names are property of me, :iconbeastlydigital:

Take care, and have a nice day!

Well, it's funny imo
Anyways, how she looks atm makes her look like she has no bra. Women don't have that weird double hump thing you've got going on in the middle there. A woman from the front view would usually have a line because of the stretch action or a little...upwards curve, like a little hill. Like valley-hill-valley.

Usually portrayed without lines...maybe a gradient. But whatev. Oh, and her face's off center on her neck. Nose I already said. The lens flare doesn't look right, so maybe research that. And the shadow. Oh, and her boobs again are wrong 'cause the breast tissue curves into the shoulder area, not just a random curve stop.

....illshutupnow OTHERWISE IT'S NICE <3
